What type of events do you cater to / Which areas do you service?

We cater to all events including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, marketing activations, school formals, graduations, engagement parties, fundraisers, shopping centre entertainment, Santa photos and more. Basically any event or celebration.

No event is too small or big for us.

We deliver to most areas in Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan & Gold Coast. Please note extra charges may apply if your event located significantly further out from Brisbane.

Do you offer delivery / How much space do you require / How long does it take to set up?

All our products are delivered and set up at your venue by our staff. In terms of spacing:

– Photo Booth: Minimum 3m x 3m floor space with 2.5m ceiling height. The bigger the area, the more comfortable the experience. In most cases, photo booth needs to be setup indoors or under-cover. If your event it outdoor, we will discuss with you whether or not this arrangement can work.

We usually arrive 1.5hrs earlier to set up, 2 hours if your booking includes a flower wall. Please ensure we have access to venue beforehand to avoid any possible delays.

– Flower Wall: Our flower walls are 2.5m x 2.5m. Set up time is usually 30-45 minutes.


Light Up Numbers & Light Up LOVE: Each number is 1.5m tall and approximately 1m wide. Set up time is usually 20-30 minutes.

What type of photo booths do you offer?

We provide “open” photo booths meaning they are not enclosed. Our booths have an interactive screen which allows you to preview your photo beforehand and send out your photos via email. The camera will point to a large backdrop allowing you and your guests to take beautiful photos. We have over 28 backdrops to choose from.

Photos are printed instantly and all digital copies will be sent to you after the event.

How many photo booths can you offer per booking?

We can offer up to 3 photo booths per booking.

What’s included in your photo booths?

We have different inclusions for different photo booth packages. We like to offer as much as we can with our competitive prices without adding extra charges. Generally speaking all photo booths include:

– Delivery: We’ll bring the photo booth to your venue.
– Set up & pack up: Our team handle everything from start to finish.
– Friendly attendant: A dedicated attendant on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly.
– Instant prints (2×6″): Photos printed on the spot, 2 copies per session.
– Personalised print templates: Custom designs to match your event theme.
– Digital Copies: High resolution photos (DSLR quality) sent after the event.
– Props: A collection of silly glasses, hats, masks and signs.
– Backdrop: Choose from 26 different backdrops.
– Instant slideshow: Photos displayed live for all to enjoy.
– Email function: Guests can email their favourite photos.
– Standard guestbook: A book filled with photos and messages from loved ones (only available for birthday / wedding events)

What can I customise?

The beauty of our photo booth hire is that a lot of it is customisable. We know each event is unique so we have a lot of options to cater to this.

– Customised printouts: Printouts can be customised with your preferred colours, font, picture or logo. You can add whatever text you like.
– Backdrops: Choose from one of our 28 backdrops! We also have beautiful flower wall options for an extra cost.
Photo Booth Interface: We can customise the photo booth interface with your event details or branding preferences.
– Signage / Props: For an added cost, we can produce 3d printed signs or props specific to your event.
– Greenscreen: For an extra cost, we can use greenscreen technology to have your desired background digitally imposed on your pictures.
– Light Up Numbers: Our numbers can change up to 16 different colours using our remotes.

Do you offer prints for your photo booths?

Yes, all our photo booth packages include prints. Each photo session will produce 2 copies of 2×6″ prints. We use the very best cameras and printers to ensure the best quality.

Does your photo booth have an attendant?

Yes, all photo booth bookings include an attendant. This ensures smooth operation throughout your event and that any issues can be fixed on the spot should they arise. We feel it’s a disservice to dump a machine at your venue and force you to figure out how to operate it.

If you prefer not to have an attendant, the price will remain the same and no refunds will be issued if there are any problems during your booking.

How much are your photo booths / flower walls etc?

– Photo Booths: Pricing is based on a number of factors including hours and the preferred package but to get an accurate quote, please visit this page to either use our quote tool or fill in our contact form. Please note extra charges apply if there is no free parking on premise or if the location is significantly further away than Brisbane.

– Flower Walls: Flower wall hire prices are $449 for the duration of your event (max 1 day if not packaged with photo booth). Extra days are charged at $100 / day.

– Light Up Numbers: $449 for 2 light up numbers for the duration of your event (max 1 day if not packaged with the photo booth). Extra days are charged at $100 / day.

– Light Up LOVE Hire: $749 (max 1 day if not packaged with the booth). Extra days are charged at $100 / day. Extra days are charged at $100 / day.

Do you require a deposit / what payment options are there?

All bookings require a 10% deposit (unless stated otherwise). Currently the only payment options we offer are internet bank transfer.
