FAQ

What events are suitable for corporate photo booths?

Corporate photo booths are perfect for a variety of events including (but not limited to): Conferences, trade shows, product launches, EOFY parties, Christmas parties, brand activations, team building activities and more. It’s Perfect way to create a fun and interactive element to your event.

How many photo booths can we have for our event?

We can offer up to 3 photo booths per event. For very big events, we definitely recommending having more than one photo booth to ensure no one misses out.

What type of photo booths do you offer?

We use and open photo booth meaning it is not enclosed. This allows more people to comfortably fit in the photo without being cramped inside a little box or enclosure.

What areas do you service?

We service most areas in Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Gold Coast. Please note extra charges may apply if your event is significantly further from Brisbane or if there is no free parking at your venue.

I’m not sure how to use a photo booth, what should I do?

We will have an attendant on-site for each event to operate the photo booth. You do not need to do anything, we will take care of everything from start to finish.

What is the ideal space for the photo booth?

We require at the very least:
3m x 3m floor space
2.5m ceiling height
– Be somewhat near a power outlet

For safety reasons, we prefer our photo booths to be indoors (or undercover) away from extreme weather. In all cases, we will arrive early to assess the preferred space and will let you know whether or not it’s suitable. Please always have a plan B ready.

How long does it take the set up the photo booth?

We generally arrive 1.5 hours before the start time to set up. If you ordered a flower wall as well, we arrive 2 hours before. Generally speaking we can set up well before these timeframes however, we like to arrive extra to ensure everything is smooth throughout your event.

What backdrops do you offer?

We have over 28 backdrops to choose from. Flower walls are an extra cost.

Do you offer prints with your packages?

Yes, we include prints. Each photo session will print out 2 strips (2x6inches). Other sizes are available and will incur extra costs.

Do you charge GST?

Yes, we are registered for GST.

Do you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Yes, if we are available, we will take last-minute bookings. Full payment must be done prior to event.
